Everycheck x Leboncoin

Everycheck, is a young start-up launch in 2015, specialized in the Data certification.

They have actually two BtoB products on the market. The first one is HR oriented, to certify resumes of futures candidates and the other is real estate agency oriented to certify future renters files.

They actually are incubating at Leboncoin to built their BtoC product, for futurs renters.

That’s why they asked me to work for them!

UX PART

SURVEY

First step of our collaboration, I had to identify the target. We collaborate with Leboncoin and launch a survey on 135 persons.

And here are few datas I’ve extracted.

Ok, quite balanced! Not a big surprise!

Mmm, I begin to find who are my target. We know in cities it could be harder to find the perfect appartement.

Obviously, everyone goes on internet first. Good point for Everycheck. How do you do?

When “it’s not hard/not easy”, there is always a way to improv that!

Let’s see if a product which certify your datas is desirable!

INTERVIEWS & PERSONA

With all those datas, I’ve run 6 interviews to go deeper! And I finally discovered two personae. A man and a woman, we chose to focused on one, the young woman.

“Andrea”

User journey

The most important thing for us is to avoid that feeling she has, the same when she missed a job.

So Everycheck could take action during the “building file phase” but also during “the visit phase”, because sometimes Andrea has to give her file right after the visits.

PB STATEMENT

How can we help Andrea to highlight her profile?

The idea is to let the possibility to Andrea to add a video presentation in her file, which can give her the possibility to show who is she.

I implemented other options but will see that in the prototype.

UI PART

Moodboard

I had to collaborate with my client, of course, which means, works with their graphic chart. But I had the chance to be free and go over it.

They just asked me to go with “grey” and “yellow”.

Then I recreated a univers based on that.

It’s a mixed between modernity and comfort, here materialized by the wool and the couch. The beehive, with its gold color, means something secure, like the “home”. The modernity represented by the glace cube referred to the blockchain, used by Everycheck to secure datas.

STYLE TILE

I wanted to focus on that “home”, represented by the beehive. And it fits perfectly with their will to put some yellow on the website.

They are used to using the hexagone shape on their other websites so I decided to relieve it, to be less institutional and just keep borders of the shape, with grey and yellow.

Based on the fact that we are oriented to Andrea, I’ve used draws, to personalize the navigation on the website. The interface talks to her through the woman on the right column.

Andrea has never been on the website before and she’s going to buy a formule to certify her file and record a presentation video of herself.
